Thank you for visiting Bear Performance and Training! Our mission is to help each person achieve goals they didn’t think possible. We help to take the stress out of being in a big gym, where equipment can be overwhelming and the environment often feels intimidating. Utilizing a personalized approach to training that emphasizes you, the individual, our goal is to make your experience enjoyable - and with that, the most successful.


At Bear Performance and Training, we treat every person as if they are family. To help facilitate your success, we offer in-home and mobile training. We can bring our exercise equipment directly to you; if you have a community gym you would prefer to use, we can accommodate that as well.  We also offer online training and workout plans.

Meet the Team

Noah Henry is a Master level certified personal trainer. He has worked with men and women of all ages, from those with chronic issues to people who simply want to get in better shape. He is continually studying, expanding his knowledge to include a variety of techniques that allows him to cater to each individual, giving each of them a clear and achievable path to success.


Successful physical development requires a trainer who not only understands how to encourage you to reach your goals, but also provides compassion when recovering from injury or surgery. Noah’s passion is to do all of this while maintaining a positive and enjoyable experience for his clients.


Noah earned his BA in in Clinical/Counseling Psychology from Saint Leo University, where he worked with SLU athletics. He worked with teams to aid athletes in improving their performance by developing an approach to training and competition that put a greater emphasis on psychological health. As an athlete himself, he has gone through the rigors of intense training as well as recovery from injuries and surgeries, and he understands the challenges that both present.


Noah is looking forward to assisting you in achieving your fitness goals and encouraging you to be the best you can be.
